Remember when I told you all about Skyhawks Sports Academy?
Well, this last week, we tried them out. They had a tennis camp about 10 miles from our house.
My Princess had Tennis Camp for 4 and 5 year old kids. She absolutely loved it!
Monday – Thursday for 45 minutes was not enough for her. She wanted more.
She told us she liked it better than ballet lessons.
(Go figure!)
What have your kids been up to this summer?

We didn’t do much this summer which is not normal for us. Usually we go to the pool almost every day. Things were different this summer. We had a new baby to toss into the mix. Next summer we will resume our daily pool activities. Tennis is fun. Maybe when she gets a little older your daughter will enjoy it more.

Tiffany, we had a new baby too. We have a 2 month old now. I haven’t been able to go to our pool as often as I’d like either. My husband has taken my daughter quite a bit but the Little Man and I went for the first time two weeks ago. We are going tomorrow. Seattle area is getting a heat wave for the next three days!

Fun! We’ve done gymnastics and swim lessons this summer. Next summer we’re looking into fun sports activities for the kids. Tennis might be one of them.

We will do swim lessons next summer and possibly gymnastics. Now that I know she enjoys the activity of tennis, I think she’d love gymnastics. (I know I did when I was a kid.)

I am happy she had such a good time at tennis camp.

We’ve been trying to stay cool. We live in AZ & have been melting
We try to swim as much as possible even though we dont’ have a pool of our own.
We don’t melt too often in the Seattle area. We are having a heat wave the next few days though. 80s here – which means pool time. Thankfully our community has a pool so we can go anytime.
